ava leeser
Ava Leeser is an artist from Brooklyn, NY who works primarily in oil painting with experience in multiple mediums. She graduated from Cornell University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a minor in Psychology. Her work is mostly figurative and explores themes of femininity, dissociation from the body, and anxiety.
Ava’s work has been exhibited in a solo show, Blue (2023) at Cornell University, as well as five group shows; Fruit Salad (2023) for a senior thesis exhibition, Liquidation Sale (2022), Sad Happy Hour (2022), Soft Launch (2022), and Anthropu$$yne (2022).
